スイス・ドイツ担当の新スタッフが合流

１０月２０日＜October 20＞ スイス・ドイツ担当の新スタッフが合流。 エコ・ミッションは７番目の訪問国、スイスに入りました。スイスはEUに加盟しておりませんので、昔ながらの国境での簡単なチェックがありました。 ということは他のEU国間ではチェックなし？　その通りなのです。ハイウエイを使うクルマの旅では知らない間に入国してた、ということも冗談抜きでありです。ただし当然ながらちゃんとハイウエイの案内板を見てれば次の国に入ったことは分かります。 で、スイスとドイツで通訳兼コーディネイトを担当する新スタッフ２人が合流しました。合流ポイントはスイスで初の訪問先、環境モビリティの街、Mendrisio（メンデリシオ）。海外の、それも初めて訪れる街の一地点で、時間や場所が決まってるとはいえ、友と再会できたのはちょっとした感動でした。 20 October, 2000 Meeting with new staffs for Swiss/Germany part of Eco-Emission tour: We entered the 7th country of this tour, Swiss today. As this country is not a member of EU, so officers roughly checked us before entering it. For other countries? Non check! If you are a highway traveler, there may be times when you notice yourself being in a different country from one that you started from or made a brief stop - not a joke! Well, we had two friends joining us as interpreter and coordinator during our stay in Swiss and Germany. In fact, we were a bit nervous before meeting them wondering if we could meet them at an appointed time in an unknown place in Mendrisio city which is an environmental-conscious town.
